Residently has secured 7m pounds in a seed funding round led by Felix Capital, LocalGlobe and A/O PropTech, alongside existing angel investors. The company will direct the capital toward expanding its platform operations, growing its product and engineering teams, and building its property portfolios in London and New York. The startup aims to modernise the rental market by digitising the entire leasing process for tenants while offering comprehensive property management services for landlords.
