The financing round comprises £10m in equity led by Citibank and £20m in debt from NatWest.
Raylo operates a subscription payment platform that provides flexible monthly financing for consumer electronics and other durable goods.
Raylo has secured £30m in debt and Series B funding to accelerate its international expansion and category growth. The investment comprises £10m in equity led by Citibank and £20m in debt provided by NatWest. The capital will support continued domestic growth alongside a planned launch in the United States during the second half of 2026.
Alongside the funding announcement, the company has formed a new partnership with LG to offer subscription access to premium television and audio products. This development extends Raylo's existing brand collaborations, which already include Dyson, PlayStation, and Apple, further cementing its position in the device subscription sector.
From the founder
"Electronics brands are increasingly moving beyond one-time sales and toward subscription-first models. Our partnership with LG marks a key step in that transition, delivering clear value for both electronics brands and customers whilst expanding our category offering with a true global leader. It’s been great working with the LG team to bring this to market, and we’re excited about scaling the partnership together."
