QuadSAT secures £700k in seed funding from Vaekstfonden and Seraphim Capital to scale antenna testing technology

Danish antenna testing technology provider QuadSAT has secured £700k in seed funding led by the Danish state investment fund Vaekstfonden, alongside Seraphim Capital and existing backers. The capital will support the commercial rollout of its drone-based calibration platform for satellite communications, initially targeting maritime and aeronautical markets. Originating as a university project in Odense, the startup aims to streamline testing procedures and minimise operational downtime for vessels and aircraft.
The raise follows an initial investment round in 2017 and builds on the company's participation in the Seraphim Space Camp accelerator. QuadSAT intends to leverage sector-specific expertise from its investors to scale its operations globally, meeting stringent industry standards for satellite antenna qualification and interference identification.
