Proximie raises £66.8m in a Series C round led by Advent Life Sciences to scale its operating room platform.

The Series C financing was led by Advent Life Sciences with backing from several new and existing institutional investors to accelerate product development and scale operations.
Proximie operates a global health technology platform that digitally connects operating rooms to share surgical expertise. The system provides tools for preoperative data, real-time collaboration, and postoperative content management.
London-based health technology platform Proximie has secured £66.8m in a Series C equity financing round. The investment was led by Advent Life Sciences, with participation from a broad syndicate of new and existing backers including Emerson Collective, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and British Patient Capital.
The capital will be directed towards accelerating the development of core products, expanding the marketplace ecosystem, and scaling the company operating system. Proximie currently operates across more than 100 countries, helping healthcare systems manage surgical backlogs and improve training efficiency.
The latest transaction brings the total capital raised by the company to $130m since its inception.
