PolyAI develops voice-first conversational agents that handle complex customer service interactions for large enterprises.

PolyAI has raised $86m in a Series D funding round co-led by Georgian, Hedosophia, and Khosla Ventures. The round also drew participation from NVentures, the British Business Bank, Citi Ventures, Squarepoint Ventures, Sands Capital, Zendesk Ventures, and Point72 Ventures.

The London-based startup develops voice assistants designed to manage complex telephone interactions for large enterprises, handling tasks such as authentication, bookings, and payments without requiring callers to navigate traditional automated menus.

The newly secured capital will be directed towards extending the company technology and growing its presence across North America and Europe, alongside scaling operations into new industry verticals.
