Playrcart secures £1m pre-seed funding to accelerate international expansion and technical development

London based adtech firm Playrcart has secured over £1m in pre seed funding to support international expansion and technical development. The round drew participation from private media investors including Dominic Shorthouse and Clive Hollick, alongside the company leadership team.
The startup provides patent pending technology allowing consumers to purchase goods and services directly within digital adverts such as videos and banner ads. Alongside the funding announcement, the company appointed industry veteran Peter Scott as chairman to guide its next phase of growth.
