Omnipresent Group secures £1.5m in a seed round led by Playfair Capital and Episode 1 to expand operations.
Playfair Capital and Episode 1 co-led the seed financing to help the company scale its compliance platform across 80 markets.
Omnipresent operates as a SaaS-based global employment partner, providing a digital platform that manages compliance, payroll, and benefits across more than 160 countries. The fully remote company enables businesses to build and manage international teams.
Omnipresent Group has secured £1.5m in a seed funding round to expand its international market coverage. The financing was co-led by Playfair Capital and Episode 1, with participation from several backers including Entrepreneur First and Truesight Ventures. The capital will be deployed to extend the company platform to 80 markets by the end of the year in response to rising demand for remote employment solutions.
