The seed round was led by Pink Salt Ventures and Founders Factory to help scale production and expand the team.
MPowder is an ecommerce brand providing nutritional powders and support tools tailored for women navigating the three phases of the menopause. The company combines plant-based product ranges with tracking services and an active community.
MPowder has secured £500k in seed funding to support its growth within the menopausal wellness market. The round was led by Pink Salt Ventures and Founders Factory, with additional participation from various strategic angels, including Mumsnet co-founder Carrie Longton.
The capital will be directed towards scaling production, expanding the team, and upweighting trial protocols. Founded by Rebekah Brown, the company offers plant-based nutritional powders designed to address the biochemical needs of women through the stages of menopause.
From the founder
"My doctor didn’t identify the early symptoms of perimenopause. I didn’t fit the profile. I was ‘too young’ and still having a regular cycle. I was advised to take ‘time out’ to address exhaustion and upweight my vitamin intake. My experience isn’t unusual. Menopause simply isn’t well enough understood or researched. It is presented as an end-of-life category when it should be a midlife empowerment category."

Investor perspective
"The menopause market today should be targeting women as women in their prime, with a wealth of experience to offer society. Most offerings fall offensively short. When and if diagnosed, medical drugs are available for hormonal and mental health symptoms. However, as a natural life transition, women deserve options beyond the disease and cure model."
