Medly AI develops an artificial intelligence platform designed to provide personalised tutoring tailored to specific GCSE exam boards. The technology draws on principles from neuroscience and teaching theory to support students in their academic preparation.
Medly AI has secured £1.7m in a seed funding round led by Eka Ventures, with additional participation from Ada Ventures. The capital will be deployed to support the expansion of the platform and the ongoing development of its educational features, helping the firm reach a wider student base.
The company offers an artificial intelligence GCSE tutor that adapts to individual syllabuses and learning requirements. Founded by medical doctors Paul and Kavi, the platform has previously received backing from institutions including UCL, Innovate UK, Microsoft, and Google, and has assisted more than 25,000 students.
