Measurable Energy secures £4m Series A follow on investment led by Vertex Exploratory Fund and Clean Growth Fund

Measurable Energy designs and manufactures AI powered plug sockets that help offices cut electricity waste and carbon emissions. Its technology automatically identifies idle devices and halts unnecessary power consumption.
Measurable Energy has secured £4m in new funding co-led by Vertex Exploratory Fund and existing backer Clean Growth Fund. The capital will support the company as it accelerates its growth across domestic and international markets in advance of a planned Series B raise in 2025.
Additional participants in the round include Bonheur ASA, Fred Olsen, RO Capital Partners, Vectr7 and Roger Ferguson. The transaction marks the first entry into the UK clean technology sector for Vertex Exploratory Fund, which operates as part of Vertex Holdings under Temasek Holdings.
Since receiving its initial backing from Clean Growth Fund in early 2023, measurable.energy has expanded its commercial reach significantly and recorded tenfold revenue growth. The business now serves clients across the construction, commercial real estate, public sector and healthcare fields.
