krispyhouse.com operates a residential rentals app and online platform designed to connect estate agents and tenants through instant messaging and calls. The service aims to streamline the rental process and improve communication across the property market.

Residential rentals platform krispyhouse.com has secured £1.3m in early stage funding from a London family office via Vala Capital. The capital will be directed towards product development and marketing initiatives as the company expands its footprint across the UK.

The platform provides messaging and calling functionality intended to connect tenants with estate agents and reduce transaction bottlenecks. Founded by Anthony Kyriacou, the firm looks to challenge traditional property portals by offering integrated tools for letting agents alongside its consumer-facing app.

Vala Capital represented the family office in the transaction, citing strong rental demand and confidence in the management team. The fresh injection of capital will support the company as it seeks to scale operations and increase market share.

From the founder

"Having spent three years developing our product and building a great team, we launched to market last October and quickly received strong uptake. We are delighted to gain such ringing endorsement from a prestigious family office and this extra funding will help us boost both revenue and market share."
