Pet wellbeing brand ITCH has secured £5m in a Series A funding round to launch its subscription-based flea care service. The investment comes from backers including Seedcamp, Nigel Wray and YYX Capital.
The company was established by a team of experienced entrepreneurs, including James Cox, Jonny Gould, Adam Gould and Charlotte Harper. ITCH aims to modernise the pet care market by delivering personalised treatments directly to consumers.
The fresh capital will support the initial launch of the brand, with further funding rounds planned later in the year to facilitate expansion into the United States.
