Huboo secures £60m Series B funding led by Mubadala Capital to fuel European expansion
The Series B round was led by Mubadala Capital and will support the platform's continental European expansion.
Huboo operates software-driven warehouses using a micro hub model to provide end-to-end eCommerce fulfilment for online retailers across Europe and the US.
Huboo has secured £60m in Series B funding led by Mubadala Capital, with participation from several existing backers. The fresh capital will be deployed to accelerate the company's expansion into continental Europe, grow its team, and further develop its proprietary software.
Founded in Bristol, the business provides an integrated fulfilment service that connects online sales channels with modular warehouse operations. The latest injection follows a period of rapid growth for the platform and brings its total funding to nearly £80m since inception.
From the founder
"Scores of new and existing retail businesses now see their future in e-commerce, but while anyone can set up an online store-front and start selling within hours, the infrastructure powering e-commerce is alarmingly outdated, inefficient, inflexible and expensive."

Martin Bysh
CEO at Huboo
