HelmGuard has secured $7.3m in seed financing to expand its compliance automation platform. The round was co-led by Infinity Ventures and Frontline Ventures, with participation from FinTech Collective, Stage 2 Capital, Entrepreneurs First, and various angel investors.
The capital will be directed towards growing the team, advancing product development, and scaling go-to-market operations in international territories including the US.
