Fifth Dimension AI has secured £5.2m in seed funding to accelerate its expansion into the United States market and further develop its artificial intelligence technology. The round was led by SpeedInvest, with ongoing participation from existing backers including Seedcamp and Anthemis Female Innovators Lab Fund. The company intends to direct the capital towards scaling its team across the UK and US, advancing product capabilities, and expanding customer education initiatives.
Established to address productivity bottlenecks in the real estate sector, Fifth Dimension AI has experienced significant commercial traction over recent months. The firm reports a 42% increase in its domestic customer base and doubled platform usage within a four-month period. Major property firms, such as Grainger and Canary Wharf Group, currently utilise its AI assistant Ellie to automate complex lease extractions and document analysis tasks.
