Enhanced Genomics has completed a funding round of £13.9m to advance its therapeutic pipeline and forge partnerships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology organisations. The investment was backed by BGF, Parkwalk, and Meltwind, bringing the company's total Series A financing to $19m. The capital will support the expansion of internal drug discovery programmes focused on autoimmune conditions and other prevalent medical needs.

Based in Cambridge, the biotechnology firm uses a 3D multi-omics platform to translate complex genetic data into causal biology. By pinpointing high-confidence targets on a genome-wide scale, the company seeks to enhance the efficiency and precision of pharmaceutical research.
