DITTO is a UK-based menstrual health startup that combines neuroscience and nutrition science to develop evidence-based supplements for PMS and PMDD.
DITTO has secured $6m in a seed funding round led by FoodLabs, with participation from returning investor Eka Ventures. The company intends to direct the new capital towards expanding its range of PMS and PMDD supplements while initiating clinical trials to investigate potential connections between PMDD and ADHD.
Founded in 2024 by Alice van der Schoot and Adam Kugler, the company has grown its headcount to 15 employees alongside a 300,000-member community. Its flagship product relies on time-release beadlet technology to deliver clinically tested ingredients targeting menstrual health symptoms.
The investment highlights rising investor interest in clinically backed wellness products within a sector traditionally dominated by herbal remedies and period-tracking software. Eka Ventures previously led the company's £1.4m pre-seed round in August 2025.
From the founder
"They’re finally feeling validated. They go to the doctor time and time again and they’re dismissed, being told their symptoms are not connected, what they’re dealing with is normal… they finally feel like a sense of validation, like I was right all along"

Founder at DITTO
Investor perspective
"In the market of menstrual health, clinical evidence is becoming the price of entry, and the first company to set that standard is the one everyone else gets measured against"
