Blackfinch Ventures has backed Oxford-based predictive marketing software provider Cyance in a £650k financing round.

Cyance provides predictive analytics software that helps business-to-business firms forecast customer buying behaviour. Based in Oxford and founded in 2007, the company offers a behaviour-based intent marketing platform called Nexus.

Oxford-based predictive marketing firm Cyance has secured approximately £650k in seed investment from Blackfinch Ventures. The newly secured capital will be deployed to expand the company's sales team and onboard new clients rapidly, alongside growing its network of tracking websites, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. Founded in 2007, Cyance has quickly scaled its operations, acquiring notable clients such as HP, General Electric, and Symantec while achieving an annualised recurring revenue exceeding £1.6m over a 24-month period.
