Culture Shift provides an online reporting platform designed to help organisations address and prevent workplace and campus harassment. The Manchester based impact software business works with numerous universities and corporate clients.

Manchester based impact software developer Culture Shift has secured £1.5m in a seed follow on funding round. Praetura Ventures and Blackfinch Ventures co-led the investment into the business. The newly secured capital will be deployed to support expansion across the United Kingdom and enable a significant expansion of the workforce in Manchester.

Founded in 2018, Culture Shift has developed proprietary software enabling individuals to securely and confidentially report incidents of bullying and harassment. The platform supplies organisations with case management utilities and analytical data to spot behavioral patterns while directing users to practical or emotional support.

The raise follows a previous investment secured in March 2020 which helped the firm scale its operations and client base. The company currently counts over 70 leading British universities among its client roster, alongside various other organisations utilizing the system to foster better environments.
