Culture Shift has secured £1.4m in a seed funding round led by Praetura Ventures, with participation from GC Angels. The Manchester-based business will use the capital to develop its software and expand its commercial reach beyond the higher education sector into professional services and regulated industries.
The company was founded in 2018 to address workplace misconduct by giving employees a confidential channel to report abuse and access support. Management intends to scale the platform as organisations face increasing pressure to address cultural and financial risks associated with workplace bullying.
