Capsa AI builds an artificial intelligence operating system designed to automate and streamline due diligence processes for private equity firms. The London-based startup works with major institutional funds across multiple international markets.

Capsa AI has secured £1.7m in a seed funding round led by Outward. The capital injection includes participation from Cornerstone and existing backer Antler, alongside several prominent angel investors and industry executives. The company will direct the proceeds toward expanding its product engineering team, developing proprietary models, and entering target markets.

The London-based startup closed the financing just eight months after its inception, having already built a revenue-generating platform used by private equity funds managing significant assets across the US, UK, and Europe. The system automates routine tasks such as financial analysis and contract review to increase deal bandwidth for investment professionals.
