Bracket provides an AI-powered treasury and FX management platform designed to help mid-market companies automate manual financial workflows. The system centralises bank accounts and delivers real-time intelligence for corporate finance teams.

London-based treasury platform Bracket has secured £5.1m in Seed funding to accelerate its international expansion and product development. The round was co-led by Macquarie Group and Blackfinch Ventures, with continued backing from Failup Ventures.

The capital injection follows a strong period of commercial growth for the business, which reported a sixfold increase in revenue across 2025. Bracket intends to use the proceeds to open new offices in Europe and Australia, as well as double its employee headcount over the coming year.

The company offers an alternative to legacy spreadsheet methods by centralising bank connectivity and automating foreign exchange workflows. Alongside direct corporate clients, Bracket licenses its technology to major financial institutions wishing to modernise services for their own mid-market customers.

From the founder

"Mid-market companies are being held to the same standard as the biggest corporates but they don’t have access to the same tools, leaving many to struggle with outdated systems and processes. Bracket automates that operational layer using AI to give teams real-time visibility and control over bank data and key information, all within one platform. This funding allows us to continue on our growth trajectory and scale our products internationally."
