£250KSeed

Bimsense provides proptech software designed to help property owners navigate complex building safety regulations. Its primary platform supports compliance with the Building Safety Act through structured information modelling.

Hull-based proptech company Bimsense has secured £250k in a seed follow-on round from NPIF, Mercia Equity Finance. The capital will be used to enhance the firm's Operance platform and create four new jobs ahead of upcoming building safety legislation.

The funding builds on an initial £250k investment raised from the same backer in 2020. The company's software helps owners and contractors access digital building information and maintain secure audit trails to meet regulatory standards.
