Assemble You secures £1m in seed funding led by West Midlands Co-Investment Fund to expand audio training library

Birmingham-based learning content provider Assemble You has secured £1m in a seed funding round led by the West Midlands Co-Investment Fund. Specialist EdTech investor Ufi Ventures also participated in the round. The capital will be deployed to expand the company audio library, drive sales and marketing efforts, and localise content into German, French, and Spanish for international markets.
The funding arrives as businesses face persistent challenges with low engagement in traditional training methods, particularly among remote and deskless workers. Assemble You offers bite-sized, audio-first lessons that target leadership development, inclusion, and essential soft skills. Managed by Midven, the lead investor is part of Future Planet Capital and aims to support high-growth small and medium enterprises across the region.
