EOS Yacht Charter backed the London-based metasearch startup to fund platform growth and artificial intelligence development.
"Within the next three years, our goal is to be the company that turns the yacht charter industry upside down. We want to bring an entirely new, active, and high-spending audience into yachting — and serve as the bridge between travelers and charter partners worldwide."
Winfred reads them overnight, pulls out the facts, checks them against Companies House and files them. It was built by C8VA, who do the same kind of work for other businesses: turning messy, unstructured material into something you can search, count and rely on.
The pre-seed round was led by Bobby Previti with participation from senior executives across global financial and logistics firms.
"We’ve identified a clear gap in the market between mainstream online travel agencies and high-end travel concierges. Premium travellers are underserved, often forced to choose between impersonal, self-serve booking platforms or expensive concierge services that are slow to access. Holiwise is building an AI travel agent that combines the convenience of technology with the quality of a tailored luxury experience. It can instantly plan and book complete personalised itineraries, including synchronised flights, premium stays, and curated experiences for individuals or groups."
The pre-seed round was led by Haatch and British Business Investments to support commercial growth.
"Hospitality’s AI transformation must be led from within the industry. Too often, hotels have struggled to adopt new technologies because they were developed without real operational insight. We’re incredibly excited about this new era, where the hospitality sector can not only embrace technology earlier than ever before, but also lead the way for the wider real estate and service industries. AI can improve guest experiences and create better working environments for hotel teams. That’s the future we’re building toward, and this round gives us the support to move faster and go further."
The Series A round was led by Nauta Capital with backing from several notable investors.
"The way people discover travel has changed. They don't sift through endless search results—they get inspired by creators who are exploring the world and sharing their experiences. Unravel bridges that gap, turning creator-shot videos into seamless, AI-powered booking experiences."
The Birmingham-based accessible travel company has raised £6.5m in a Series A round led by Beringea.

DIsabled travellers, and their families and companions deserve nothing but the best, and that is what Limitless provides. With the support of our investors, we’re now in the strongest position yet to lead the charge and show the world the true power of disability travel."
