Inntelo AI has secured £506k in a pre-seed funding round to support its commercial expansion. The investment was co-led by Haatch and British Business Investments, with participation from Look AI Ventures alongside several angel investors from the technology and travel sectors. The capital will be deployed to accelerate sales, marketing initiatives, and ongoing customer deployments.
The London-based startup has developed an AI concierge platform designed to automate guest enquiries via messaging channels and telephone, subsequently converting them into coordinated tasks for hotel staff. The company has already gained early traction among both independent and franchised properties across Europe, the Middle East, and the UK.
