"As our customer numbers continue to grow, we’ve taken the decision to raise additional capital to service this phenomenal demand. As Zilch continues to scale at pace, we’re delighted that well-respected institutions such as Goldman Sachs and DMG Ventures share our vision of what credit should be in today’s world and how that can be delivered directly to customers in the most responsible way. By putting our customers first and building direct relationships with each of them, we are doing something no one else in the industry has done before."
— Philip Belamant, CEO and co-founder

Sapphire Ventures led the Series B round with participation from existing investors Lakestar, HV Capital and Latitude.

"We are delighted with this strategic investment, demonstrating Yapily’s position at the heart of disrupting global financial infrastructure. As we got to know Sapphire Ventures, it was clear that they are hugely supportive of our strategic approach and share our vision of open finance. Open Banking infrastructure is fundamental to how data and payments move between organisations worldwide, and it will shift the power to consumers for years to come. We are only starting to scratch the surface of what’s possible."

Target Global led the £50m Series B round to support product development and global expansion.

"The life insurance industry is ripe for transformation. For too many years, life insurance has focused solely on paying out a lump sum upon death. It is now time to reimagine the very nature of life insurance by putting ‘life’ first, and inspiring members to live their best lives every single day, using insurance as a tool to enhance their physical, mental and financial wellbeing,"

Highland Europe led the financing round with participation from Stride.VC to support international expansion and product development.

"By 2025, our goal is to partner with institutions to empower 10 million students to progress on their higher education journey. We will triple the size of our engineering team, expanding our product suite and with it, our role in the higher education journey – from selecting a program, to onboarding to post-graduation. In particular, the team will double down on efforts in the United States and APAC where there is a strong appetite for university admissions and recruitment teams to engage with both domestic and international students."
— Diego Fanara, Co-founder and CEO
