The Dublin-based energy management startup has raised €6m in a debt facility led by Claret Capital.
"We are delighted to be working with Claret Capital. GridBeyond is at an exciting juncture in its evolution, scaling rapidly over the last years with a further 85% forecast revenue growth in 2023. This partnership enables us to continue apace with our Global expansion plans. It will further allow the Company to strengthen our position in the market and provide new opportunities to our customers not only to bolster their energy resilience and mitigate against high and volatile energy costs but to make cost savings that can be further invested into actions that support their net-zero transition."
The seed round was led by Episode 1 Ventures with participation from Tiny VC and several high-profile angel investors.
"We believe that by using cutting-edge AI, Lawhive can transform the way legal work is carried out for consumers and SMEs who are often most in need of but lack adequate legal assistance. We’re excited to have backed this world-class team disrupting a huge market."
The Midlands Engine Investment Fund backed the pharmaceutical sourcing platform to support market testing and team expansion.
"Drug shortages are placing increasing pressure on pharmacists, and disrupting patients’ medical treatments, on a worldwide basis. MEIF investment will allow iethico to re-engineer the medicine procurement process, providing more reliable access to pharmacists and enabling better outcomes for patients."
The funding round was led by ActivumSG Ventures to support geographic and product expansion.
"This funding will take our platform to the next level as we expand outside London and offer electricians the same service currently enjoyed by our plumber customers. Our platform will continue to grow, supporting large merchants on their daily operations and digitising independent family-run merchants so they remain competitive in today’s fast-paced market."
