The investment, advised by Izy Capital, will support the ServiceNow partner in scaling toward its long-term revenue targets.

Growth Capital Partners has taken a minority shareholding in the risk management software provider.

LDC acquired a minority stake in the software reseller as previous backer BGF exited the business.

Hyundai and Kia led the investment round to support the joint development of commercial electric vehicles.
