FlyForm secures growth capital investment from Lloyds Bank

The investment, advised by Izy Capital, will support the ServiceNow partner in scaling toward its long-term revenue targets.

FlyForm is a Cardiff-based consultancy specialising in the ServiceNow cloud platform. The firm serves clients across government, financial services, and healthcare sectors.

FlyForm has secured a growth capital investment from Lloyds Bank, with Izy Capital acting as lead advisor. The funding will support the consultancy as it scales its operations and moves toward its long-term revenue targets. Founded in 2015, the firm has experienced rapid growth through its partnership with cloud platform ServiceNow.

The injection of capital arrives as businesses increasingly prioritise enterprise digitisation. Leadership intends to use the backing to accelerate growth and continue building a major technology consultancy based in Wales.
