"This is an exciting moment for enModus. Having intu, such a key player in commercial real estate, joining our key investors and supporting enModus is a validation that our technology is the best fit for safer and smarter buildings and that we provide our customers with a platform that helps them manage their energy efficiency priorities in the most effective way."
The funding round was led by Finance Wales and includes backing from private investors.
"Properr has an enthusiastic, ambitious and proactive management team who are revolutionising the residential property market. The parking platform secured its capital from over 2,900 investors in a record-breaking crowdfunding campaign.
"We’ve been overwhelmed by the positive response to our crowdfunding campaign. The way that the public have got behind JustPark and put their faith in us has been a huge vote of confidence, and genuinely humbling. We’re now looking forward to the next stage of our growth and to working alongside a loud, proud collective of our most passionate users to bring parking into the 21st century."
The follow-on investment will fund mobile platform development and customer experience improvements following a corporate rebrand.

We are delighted to continue our partnership with Smedvig Capital with this latest round of funding, as we look to the next phase of rapid growth at Veeve."
