White Star Capital led the Series A round with backing from Educapital, Emerge, Active Partners, and Coalition Capital.

The minority investment from Partech Growth fund will help IMP Software double its R&D spending and expand its product suite.

Magna Investments led the seed financing round to support the creation of Edu AI.
