The London RegTech firm has closed its first venture debt funding round to support operations in Europe and Asia.

The local currency loan from FEI OGEF will accelerate the deployment of solar home systems across Rwanda.

The gym management software provider has obtained a debt package from NPIF - FW Capital Debt Finance.
"I was working as a personal trainer and thought about how I could engage with my clients more efficiently and grow the number of people I was training. I knew I could do better than emails and bits of paper and came up with the idea of an app."
Rosslyn Data Technologies has secured a £1.5m debt facility from Clydesdale Bank to refinance debt from its previous acquisition and support working capital.
"I am delighted that we have been able to replace our existing debt with a facility from Clydesdale Bank, which I believe demonstrates confidence in Rosslyn as a maturing business as it prepares for future growth."
