ClauseMatch secures £2m in venture debt from Silicon Valley Bank to fund international growth
The London RegTech firm has closed its first venture debt funding round to support operations in Europe and Asia.
London based RegTech firm that automates compliance workflows and policy management for financial institutions. The platform uses machine learning to standardise internal processes across legal, finance and risk departments.
ClauseMatch has secured £2m in venture debt from Silicon Valley Bank to fund its ongoing expansion across Europe and Asia. The capital will support the company as it builds on recent operational launches in Singapore and serves a growing roster of international banking clients.
The regulatory technology firm streamlines compliance and policy management for large institutions, reducing manual overheads and administrative costs. The fresh capital arrives as financial services firms increasingly seek automated alternatives to traditional compliance workflows.
The transaction marks the first venture debt package for the London business, which previously graduated from the TechStars Barclays Accelerator programme. Silicon Valley Bank's UK branch backed the transaction.
