"We are proud of what we’ve achieved so far in just a few years – we’re already the market leader. We have partnered with a variety of NHS trusts and care providers, including supporting Milton Keynes University Hospitals NHS Trust to become the first trust to roll out the new NHS Learn from Patient Safety Events. This will record patient incidents so the data can be used to improve patient safety across the whole healthcare industry. Our platform frees up healthcare providers to focus on caring, not paperwork – enabling a proactive approach to patient and resident care."
The funding round was led by Toscafund with participation from Dale Ventures.
"INSTANDA’s no-code insurance core platform was built by insurers for insurers based on the belief that technology should be used to accelerate change and innovation at low cost. This is what sets INSTANDA apart from the crowd. No other platform allows carriers and MGAs across all lines of insurance to fully embrace the diversity of insurance and respond to the anticipated change in consumer needs and behaviour."
The insurtech startup has raised seed funding from SFC Capital and the European Space Agency to develop its technology and grow the team.
"The insurance industry is changing and adapting to the world as it evolves. Climate change is a challenge for many industries and it is innovative technology like BirdsEyeView that will help the industry to move forward. We are very excited to be a part of BirdsEyeView’s growth journey and look forward to supporting the team in as many ways as possible."
Chalfen Ventures and Anthemis Group led the seed round to support team expansion and product development.
