Calculus Capital backed the e-invoicing vendor in its first investment round.

Balderton Capital led the Series A round with participation from Amadeus Capital Partners and Jonathan Milner.

The Series A round was led by Legal & General with participation from ADV.

The Yorkshire technology firm has raised seed funding from Angelfish to accelerate product development and international expansion.

The investment round was led by Committed Capital and Mercia Fund Managers to support product team expansion.
