Moore Strategic Ventures is the privately held investment company for Louis M. Bacon. The firm operates as an investment vehicle tied to Moore Capital Management.
The capital markets technology firm has raised a Series B round led by Moore Strategic Ventures to scale its software platform.

The Series B round was led by Eclipse Ventures with participation from a broad group of global financial and strategic backers.

The Johannesburg Stock Exchange led the Series A extension round to support the rollout of new digital platforms.

The funding round was led by Moore Strategic Ventures with participation from existing shareholders.
