The parent group is a global investment banking, securities and investment management firm founded in 1869 with headquarters in New York.
The funding round was led by Summit Partners with participation from Goldman Sachs to support North American expansion.

Goldman Sachs Private Capital provided the multi-year credit facility to support future growth and SME lending.
