Zetta Genomics secures £1.8m seed extension from We Venture Capital and existing backers to scale operations

Zetta Genomics has secured £1.8m in an extension to its second seed round, bringing its total funding raised over two years to £6.2m. The fresh capital was backed by new investor We Venture Capital alongside returning participants Nina Capital, Apex Ventures, and Cambridge Enterprise. The proceeds will be deployed to scale international operations, expand engineering and bioinformatics capabilities, and manage 500,000 genomes as the firm prepares for a Series A raise later in the year.
