Zenobē provides electric vehicle fleet electrification services and battery storage solutions.

Zenobē has secured £410m in debt financing to support its electric bus operations, marking the largest electric bus platform financing in Europe to date. A syndicate of 13 banks and financial institutions participated in the round, including both new lenders and existing backers.

The capital will enable Zenobē to facilitate the deployment of over 2,000 electric buses across the UK and Ireland by 2026. This latest funding builds on a previous platform established in 2022, bringing the company's total debt raised since 2019 to over £1bn.

From the founder
