Zen Internet has secured a £20m revolving credit facility from NatWest to accelerate its business growth and expand its market share. The financing package will be directed towards network infrastructure, team expansion, and product development, while also refinancing existing debt.
The transaction involves advisory support from KPMG and legal counsel from Eversheds Sutherland, reinforcing a long-standing financial partnership between the telecommunications provider and the bank. Leadership at Zen intends to use the capital to support a five-year strategy aimed at challenging major industry competitors through service reliability.
NatWest structured the facility to back the company as it enters its next phase of expansion, building on a track record of previous support. Executives at Zen noted that the capital enables the firm to prioritise sustainable development over short-term returns.
