Zelt secures £4.8m from Nauta and other backers to expand its workforce software platform

Zelt provides a unified platform that combines human resources, finance and information technology into a single system for people managers. The software helps organisations handle workforce administration across the entire employee lifecycle.

Zelt has secured £4.8m in a new funding round led by Nauta, with participation from Venrex and returning backer Episode 1. The London-based company centralises human resources, finance and IT operations into one system to reduce administrative friction for mid-market businesses. The newly acquired capital will be deployed to expand its product capabilities, introduce further operational features and scale into international markets.

The business has experienced steady adoption by consolidating fragmented cloud tools into a single database structure. Clients use the platform to automate tasks ranging from payroll to device security and onboarding. With this injection of funds, the team intends to capitalise on growing demand for consolidated workplace software.
