The Northampton start-up raised the capital from the British Design Fund and angel investors.
Share allotment filed at Companies House
White Motorcycle Concepts designs innovative hybrid motorcycles featuring patented aerodynamic technology to reduce carbon emissions for emergency services and other fleets.
Northampton-based White Motorcycle Concepts has secured £300k in funding from the British Design Fund and angel investors. The company has developed an aerodynamically efficient hybrid motorcycle tailored for emergency service first responders, combining lower emissions with practical charging solutions.
The fresh capital will support the company as it scales operations and expands its manufacturing capacity. The start-up recently secured its first order for eight bikes from Northamptonshire Police, with further units planned for delivery and leasing to UK forces.
From the founder
"The emergency services have been tasked with reducing their emissions and face some unique challenges in doing so. They need their first response vehicles to be ready when they’re needed and available to go when they need to go. A lack of fast charging infrastructure and issues with installing them onsite, currently makes it very difficult to fully switch to EVs."

"WMC is a fantastic addition to the Fund’s portfolio and we look forward to working with the team, as the company scales up in years to come."
