Vortex IQ builds artificial intelligence automation tools designed to streamline e-commerce operations, diagnostics and data management. Its clients include global brands such as Nvidia, British Airways and Krispy Kreme.
London-based e-commerce automation platform Vortex IQ has secured £790k in pre-seed funding. The investment round was led by Sure Valley Ventures, with participation from Techstars. The capital will be deployed to scale the company presence across the United States and Europe, while growing commercial teams and engineering talent.
Founded by Susant Kumar Patro, the firm has seen its client base double organically over the preceding six months. The business recently completed the Techstars Spring 2024 accelerator cohort and counts major brands such as Nvidia, Harley Davidson and Krispy Kreme among its customers.
