Vizzy raises £3.7m in seed funding led by Adjuvo to expand its recruitment platform
The seed round was led by Adjuvo and will support global product expansion and team growth.
Vizzy operates a talent platform that replaces traditional CVs with interactive digital profiles to help employers discover early career candidates.
Vizzy has secured £3.7m in a seed funding round led by Adjuvo to scale its modern recruitment platform. The round also drew backing from Oberon Private Ventures alongside several notable angel investors, including former Workday Asia president Rob Wells and England Rugby coach Sir Clive Woodward.
The capital will be directed towards accelerating product development, growing the team, and expanding the company reach to more employers and candidates around the globe. Vizzy offers an alternative to standard CVs by allowing job seekers to present their capabilities through multimedia and interactive modules.
Founded in 2023, the certified BCorp already counts major brands such as Louis Vuitton, Burberry, and WHSmith among its clients. The platform aims to counter the rise of generic, AI-generated applications by highlighting authentic candidate potential and personality.
From the founder
"I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved in such a short time. Having launched the full product in 2023, seeing some of the world’s biggest brands change how they see candidates has been great. We’re surfacing incredible talent that otherwise would have been missed and saving both time and money for our clients. This latest investment will enable us to scale up as we meet the market demand for the Vizzy platform, supporting candidates and talent teams worldwide."
