Viability provides software for the property sector to assess, optimise and de-risk development projects. The platform helps builders identify sustainable land and accelerate property schemes.

Viability has secured £535k in funding from backers including SFC Capital and Clearance Venture Partners. The capital will support research and development efforts as the property technology firm expands its platform for home builders.

The investment arrives as the UK government targets the construction of 370k new homes annually. Viability intends to use the proceeds to incorporate additional software solutions and scale its operations across the housing market.
