London-based growth capital firm VGC Partners has launched its £1m Technology Seed Fund IV to back early-stage technology companies addressing corporate innovation challenges. Headed by Parminder Basran, the fund will target up to ten investments across sectors including FMCG, health and wellness, sustainability, digital media, e-commerce, and fintech during the 2020/21 tax year. Portfolio start-ups will also be eligible to participate in Amazon's Alexa Incubator Programme and benefit from partnerships with Zag and other corporate entities.
