Share allotment filed at Companies House
Veremark provides a global workplace trust platform that unifies background screening, whistleblowing and credential verification. The company helps organisations manage employee conduct risk through automated compliance and vetting tools.
Veremark has secured £2m in seed funding to expand its market presence and develop verified digital employment credentials. The capital injection comes from institutional backers including ACF Investors, Triple Point Ventures, SOV Ventures, and Vulpes Investment Management, alongside several prominent angel investors.
Founded in 2019, the company delivers automated background checks encompassing employment history, academic records, and criminal checks across multiple jurisdictions. The fresh funds will support further penetration into the pre-employment screening sector as the business scales its global operations.
From the founder
"Veremark’s aim is to help companies hire with greater confidence. Our platform is about bringing speed, simplicity and security to the hiring market. It doesn’t matter whether you are hiring in Bermondsey, Bangalore or Baltimore – we enable companies to check the claims and credentials of those they are looking to bring onboard into their companies. We see this round as an initial stepping stone in the start of transforming the overall ‘Trust’ market and build a new category around credential management to drive greater efficiency in the hiring market and beyond"
