The funding round was led by Motive Ventures to support the development of institutional-grade wealth management products.
Vega develops technology platforms that help alternative asset managers handle client services and operations. Its core system operates as an operating system for the alternatives industry.
Vega has secured £6.6m in funding to expand its wealth management technology platform. The investment round was led by Motive Ventures, with participation from Picus Capital, Citi Ventures, No Label Ventures, GFC, and more than sixty angel investors. Founded by former executives from major financial institutions and fintech firms, the company aims to provide high-net-worth individuals and their advisors with institutional-grade portfolio construction tools across both public and private asset classes.
The capital will support the ongoing development of the platform, which offers access to alternative investments such as private equity and venture capital alongside traditional assets. Vega also plans to roll out financial planning and liquidity solutions to help users manage complex financial assets more effectively.
From the founder
"As a new generation of high-net-worth individuals emerges, we are building the financial products and technological infrastructure the wealth management industry needs to serve them,"

Investor perspective
"The world’s top institutions grow their capital by investing in high-quality products, financing those investments efficiently, and planning for the long-term. After years of siloed innovation, we believe the private wealth space is entering a 'rebundling' phase, and Vega is well positioned to bring these successful wealth-creation methods to a broader audience via their technology platform,"
