Vault Platform provides a workplace ethics and compliance application that allows employees to report misconduct securely. The system includes an employee app and a resolution hub for legal, HR, and risk teams.
Vault Platform has secured £3.2m in seed funding to support its expansion across North America and Europe. Kindred Capital led the round, with participation from Angular Ventures, System One, Jane VC, and Mike Chalfen.
The company has developed an enterprise platform designed to handle workplace misconduct reports, moving away from traditional telephone hotlines. The software includes an employee application and a corporate case management hub.
Chrys Chrysanthou of Kindred Capital will join the board of directors as part of the investment.
